Dr. Aparna, MD, DM, is the Clinical Director and Head of NICU at KIMS Cuddles. She earned her MD from PGI Chandigarh and DM from AIIMS Delhi, receiving Best Outgoing Student Awards. Honored with Dr. SS Manchanda and Dr. Balagopal Raju Awards at national PEDICON, she is recognized by media as one of South India’s top 10 pediatricians. Dr. Aparna has delivered 100 guest lectures, organized neonatal resuscitation programs and NICU workshops, and taught DNB and fellowship trainees. She has contributed 25 chapters to pediatric textbooks, published 22 peer-reviewed articles, and presented at conferences. She is on the IAP Neo chapter executive board and contributed to National Neonatology Forum guidelines.

His main expertise and interests are Neonatal resuscitation, Neonatal sepsis, Neonatal respiratory care, Breastfeeding & enteral feeding, Science of human milk along with human milk banking, neonatal emergencies, neonatal education, and epidemiology.He is a highly qualified neonatologist with 20+ years of experience handles low birth weight babies, hypoxic babies requiring conventional & high-frequency ventilation, neonatal emergencies, complex neonatal emergencies & common surgical cases requiring NICU. His dedication to patient care has earned him immense popularity amongst his patients. In addition to his patients, Dr. Babu S. Madarkar is highly respected by his peers as well.
